ABOUT SUZAN

Suzan hopes each class leaves you feeling strong and peaceful, energized and relaxed, and more connected to yourself.  She believes the postures should feel good even when they challenge us.  Uniting the mind and body with the breath brings a sense of ease in all poses from the plank to the mountain.  Suzan studied yoga for two years at the Temple of Kriya Yoga, and has been teaching classes and workshops for over 20 years.
